🧘♂️ Yoga Journey:
My yoga journey began over 20 years ago, as I used the power of yoga to help me through the grief of losing a loved one. I completed 200 hours of RYT training with Maha Bodi at the Yoga Maha School.
I believe in making yoga accessible to all, fostering an environment of warmth, acceptance, and growth on and off the mat. My classes are not just about poses but about creating a space where individuals can explore the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit.
🏄♂️ Surfing Harmony:
When I’m not guiding yoga sessions, you’ll likely find me on the shores, embracing the stoke of surfing. The ocean is my sanctuary, and riding the waves is my dance with nature. I bring the lessons from the surfboard into my yoga teachings, emphasizing the importance of balance, presence, and resilience.
👨👩👧👦 Friendly Approach:
As a yoga teacher, I cherish the power of yoga to unite people and create bonds that withstand the test of time. My classes are crafted to be inclusive, encouraging people of all ages and abilities to embark on a journey of self-discovery together. I believe that yoga is a gift that can be shared and enjoyed by everyone, from the littlest yogis to the wisest sages.
🌞 Philosophy:
My philosophy is simple – find joy in the present moment, cultivate mindfulness, and let the rhythm of the breath guide you. Through yoga, we can discover the strength within, the serenity beneath the surface, and the boundless joy that comes from embracing life with an open heart.
Join me on this harmonious journey of yoga and surfing, where the mat meets the waves, and each breath becomes a celebration of the extraordinary. Let’s ride the waves of life together!
